Job Summary (List Format):


- Manage and oversee all aspects of technology projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
- Responsible for managing project scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor project milestones.
- Generate periodic status reports to communicate project progress.
- Evaluate and manage project risks.
- Incorporate quality measures and standards into all project deliverables.
- Utilize technical skills in Microsoft Office, Project Management, Root Cause Analysis, Sourcing, Stakeholder Management, and Vendor Relationship Management.
- Apply knowledge of Agile Software Development, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Work independently to resolve basic problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage complex documentation efforts.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and clarity in all tasks.
- Manage multiple submissions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience in regulatory operations, project management, content management, or submission coordination.
- Preferred: Background in Content Design, UX Writing, UX Design, or related digital experience fields.
- Familiarity with regulatory submission processes and documentation standards is a plus.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, or related field (or equivalent experience) required.
