Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Software Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of software development projects.

The Project Manager will work closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

This role requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the software development lifecycle.

## Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage software development projects from initiation through delivery.

- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including frontend, backend, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps engineers.

- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and actionable project plans.

- Manage development schedules, sprint planning, task assignments, and project priorities.

- Track project progress, identify blockers, and resolve delivery risks.

- Facilitate regular team meetings, technical discussions, and progress reviews.

- Maintain project documentation, technical requirements, and status reports.

- Communicate project updates, timelines, and potential issues to stakeholders.

- Monitor resource allocation, workload distribution, and team productivity.

- Manage changes in project scope, requirements, and priorities.

- Coordinate testing, quality assurance, release planning, and deployment activities.

- Ensure effective collaboration between engineering teams and business stakeholders.

- Improve project management processes, development workflows, and delivery efficiency.

- Support continuous improvement through project reviews and performance analysis.

## Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing IT or software development projects.

- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methodologies.

- Ability to understand technical requirements, system architecture, APIs, and software integrations.

- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Linear.

- Strong skills in task prioritization, scheduling, risk management, and resource coordination.

- Experience working with distributed or remote software development teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain clear reporting.

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with web applications, SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software.

- Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and software release processes.

- Experience coordinating projects involving AI, automation, or cloud-based services.

- Understanding of frontend, backend, database, and API development workflows.

- PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent project management certification.
