Salary: $46,800 - 46,800 per year Requirements:

• We prefer a technology certification or an Associates or Bachelors degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• We look for hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Windows 10, Mac, and Chromebook operating systems.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• This position requires the ability to travel 10% to 20% of the time.

• We take full ownership of the site locations ticketing management system and resolve technical support issues promptly and professionally.
• We communicate effectively with faculty, administration, and technicians to address day-to-day technology challenges in the educational setting.
• We diagnose, repair, and deploy PCs, printers, projectors, Chromebooks, iPads, and other classroom devices.
• We support the maintenance and operation of client/server environments and other hosted systems.
• We assist the Network Engineer with special projects as needed.
• We help with user account setup, organizational unit creation, and password resets in Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and the Google Admin Console.
• We document all work in the ticketing system, review the work queue for efficiency, and build knowledge-base resources for common issues.
• We provide professional development and technology training to faculty and administration when appropriate.
• We coordinate with external vendors, including ordering warranty replacement parts and helping evaluate new equipment purchases.

We are seeking a full-time, in-person technology professional to support an educational environment from our professional office setting.
