Job Description:

The client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high-volume creative production team, serving as the single point of contact across billing, timing, resources, and deliverables for a broad client portfolio.

Job Summary

•Manage a high volume of simultaneous projects and deliverables, spanning 10-15 clients and 100 deliverables at a time
•Determine course of action, resource, and prioritize activities to meet deliverables and deadlines outlined in creative briefs submitted by account managers
•Lead project communications and team alignment, including discovery calls, kickoff meetings, and weekly job status meetings
•Identify scheduling issues and communicate them to marketing, account, and creative teams, assisting with forecast and client budget planning
•Secure creative resources based on availability and project prioritization while meeting deadlines efficiently
•Proactively partner with account management teams to plan and forecast work across your client list
•Manage and process timesheets, utilization reports, expense reports, and vendor invoices in a timely manner

Minimum Requirements:

•3-5 years of project management experience, with at least 1-2 years in creative project management
•Workfront experience, with hands-on knowledge of task assignment and scheduling
•Experience managing high-volume workloads, 100 projects or deliverables simultaneously
•Familiarity across a variety of deliverable types, including print, media, email, and meta campaigns
•Waterfall methodology experience, task-based project management approach required
•Ability to work independently on a daily basis with minimal oversight

Preferred Qualifications:

•Agency background, strongly preferred
•Experience resourcing and managing capacity for a creative team
•Ability to pivot fluidly between fast-paced and long-horizon projects
•Proficiency in Excel
