Join a high-performing recruitment team supporting Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB), Asset Management and Wealth Management in the US. This role partners closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver recruitment strategies for mid-to-senior level lateral hiring. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across a portfolio of roles in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Success means translating business priorities into clear hiring plans, bringing strong market insight and building robust pipelines for current and future needs. • Own end-to-end recruitment from intake through offer to ensure consistent candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Manage sourcing campaigns through LinkedIn, direct outreach and other platforms to engage passive talent
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for immediate hiring needs and future demand
  • Collaborate with recruiters and coordinators to deliver accurate, timely recruitment processes
  • Deliver reporting and insights on hiring progress and pipeline status to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure recruitment activity complies with legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements
  • Recommend process improvements that strengthen hiring efficiency and experience
  • Promote HSBC’s employer brand and EVP in the external talent market

What we're looking for

  • Bring strong corporate recruiting experience ideally in financial services or another highly regulated environment
  • Demonstrate proven full-cycle recruitment capability across sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and offer processes
  • Partner effectively with senior leaders to support hiring decisions and outcomes
  • Apply proactive sourcing approaches including Boolean search and passive candidate engagement
  • Manage multiple roles in parallel while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly with strong organization and reporting skills
  • Collaborate across teams and functions in a matrixed environment
  • Operate with a strong understanding of governance expectations in recruitment and selection activity

Strengthening Talent Across US Businesses

This is a chance to shape hiring outcomes across key HSBC businesses where the quality of every hire matters. You’ll connect senior stakeholders with market talent and bring structure and clarity to complex hiring demands. If you’re looking for a role with end-to-end ownership and real influence on the talent agenda we’d like to hear from you. Apply to help build the pipelines and hiring decisions that support HSBC’s growth and priorities in the US.

As an HSBC employee, you will have access to tailored professional development opportunities to ensure you have the right skills for today and tomorrow. You will be empowered to drive HSBC’s engagement with the communities we serve through an industry-leading volunteerism policy, a generous matching gift program, and a comprehensive program of immersive Sustainability and Climate Change Initiatives. You’ll want to join our Employee Resource Groups as they play a central part in life at HSBC, including the development of our employees and networking inside and outside of HSBC. We value difference. We succeed together. We take responsibility. We get it done. And we want you to help us build the bank of the future!

Your final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location
