Salary: $153,600 - 207,800 per year Requirements:

• We require 7+ years of technical specialization, design, and architecture experience.
• We require 7+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale projects with external or internal customers.
• We require 5+ years of software development experience with an object-oriented language.
• We require 5+ years of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) experience.
• Candidates must be US citizens and currently hold and maintain an active US Government TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• We prefer experience architecting and operating large-scale, bare-metal Kubernetes platforms, including lifecycle management, cluster provisioning, and day-two operations in air-gapped or high-security environments; experience with SpectroCloud PaletteAI or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
• We prefer hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Run:AI, or equivalent GPU orchestration and scheduling platforms for large-scale AI/ML workloads, including multi-tenant resource management, gang scheduling, and GPU fleet health monitoring.
• We prefer experience integrating third-party software products into unified platform stacks, managing cross-vendor compatibility and version dependencies, and creating operational procedures across the OS-to-application layers.
• We prefer familiarity with high-performance networking in GPU clusters and network automation for multi-tenant isolation, including zero-trust architectures and micro-segmentation.
• We prefer experience developing and carrying out incremental deployment strategies for complex platforms, including automated provisioning, infrastructure as code, and progressively scaled validation testing in environments without an existing playbook.

• We design, develop, and implement complex, scalable, secure solutions tailored to customer needs.
• We collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, assess existing infrastructure, and recommend AWS migration strategies.
• We provide technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout project delivery, applying best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks.
• We integrate multiple third-party software products into a unified platform stack.
• We advise customers on industry developments, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.
• We share expertise across our organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable materials.
