# Virtual Assistant Operations Manager

**Position:** Full-Time – Remote

We are looking for a **Virtual Assistant Operations Manager** to manage and supervise our VA team and help organize our daily tasks.

### Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise our Virtual Assistants.
* Receive tasks from the owner and assign them to the right VA.
* Make sure VAs understand what needs to be done.
* Follow up on tasks and deadlines.
* Check completed work for accuracy.
* Help VAs when they have questions or problems.
* Train new VAs when needed.
* Track VA attendance, hours, and productivity.
* Keep our tasks and projects organized.
* Report important issues and updates to the owner.
* Help create simple processes and instructions for the team.

### Requirements

* Previous experience managing Virtual Assistants or a remote team.
* Excellent English communication.
* Very organized and detail-oriented.
* Good at managing multiple tasks.
* Responsible and reliable.
* Able to work independently.
* Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, and other online tools.
* Good problem-solving skills.

### The Right Person

We need someone who can take tasks from the owner, organize them, assign them to the VAs, and follow up until everything is completed.

The goal is to **make the VA team easier to manage and take daily tasks off the owner's plate.**
